At Gaby's Farm, we are proud of our delicious and natural tropical fruit ice cream and exotic fruit garden. Our family run company takes great pride in our product and will happily answer questions to better serve you. We are manufacturers of specialty ice cream made of rare, exotic tropical fruits. We currently wholesale to South Florida restaurants and specialty shops. Our ice cream is made with only the best ingredients. We know because we grow our own trees and harvest our own fruit. We start with the freshest all-natural ingredients available and add them to our hand harvested tropical fruits from the Redlands area of South Florida. For the best tasting ice cream, our fruit is processed at the peak of flavor and freshness. That's our secret. There are no artificial colors or flavorings in our products.

We hope to share with you our passion for the most exotic tropical fruits. And speaking of passion, our specialty is the passionfruit. We specialize in edible varieties of the Passifloraceae, from the giant granadilla to the rare Water Lemon or Marie-Tambour.
